Hi Ho Silver Thyme (Thymus argenteus ‘Hi Ho Silver’) has that classic Italian flavor we all know and love but with the added bonus of being a beautiful plant too! I guess that’s why bees and cooks both love me! Keep me on a sunny windowsill, in a pot on the patio, or plant me around your borders. Just be aware that like other herbs, I spread easily!
Plant me in an herb garden with sage, oregano, and rosemary. Yum! Fresh herbs without all the store-bought chemicals and risks. Plus, fresh is always best!
Ours are currently in 1-gallon pots and would love to be harvested for your enjoyment!
